Hello, my name is Tiffany Simon. I am a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor, School Counselor, and Group Fitness Instructor, and I truly believe that wellness is about caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In my practice, a variety of approaches and evidence-based practices are incorporated to reframe thoughts and behaviors during psychotherapy. The comprehensive approach is aimed to help clients who are exhibiting a variety of concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, marriage, and major life events.
